When you use a form on this site, we receive what you enter:

• Join the community: your name, work email, company and title.
• Request to play in an event: your name, email address and company.
• Sponsorship inquiry: your name, work email and company or organization, plus your phone number, a message and whether you want email updates, if you choose to share them.
• Contact: your name, email address, the topic of your inquiry and your message, plus your company if you choose to share it.

Please do not include sensitive information, such as financial or health details, in a message. This site does not take payments or require an account.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver and protect the site.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our form provider, Fillout, may use cookies inside an embedded form, for example to keep your progress if you leave before submitting.

• To respond to your questions and requests.
• To review requests to play and coordinate participation in our events. We review each request by hand.
• To review and respond to sponsorship inquiries.
• To send occasional invitations and community updates when you join the community, or when you ask for updates on the sponsorship form.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to meet legal obligations.

• With service providers that run parts of the site for us: Fillout (forms and submission storage), Vercel (hosting) and the email service we use to send updates. They process information on our behalf to provide those services.
• With the Friends of Aviation organizers who run our events and respond to inquiries.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our community.

We do not track visitors across other websites, and our pages include no advertising or analytics tools that do. Because we do not do that tracking, this site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

We keep form submissions only as long as we need them for the purposes described above.

No way of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through our forms.

• To see, correct or delete the information you submitted, let us know through our contact page.
• You can stop receiving invitations and updates at any time. Let us know through our contact page.
• Residents of some states have additional privacy rights. We will honor requests as those laws require.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, let us know through our contact page and we will delete it.

This site links to our sponsors and partners. Their own privacy notices govern what they collect.

When we change this notice, we post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
